Trainee & Apprentice:

For those that have no painting experience or limited experience, these are the positions to work your way into a painting career. In these positions you will be trained and learn to perform painting and paint related functions according to the Brooks Painting standards.

Painter:

As a Painter you have mastered the “basics” and can perform many duties without direct supervision in a professional, efficient and skillful manner. You are expected to participate in all activities related to the accomplishment of specific jobs (e.g. preparation, application, clean-up).

Lead Painter:

In addition to the duties as described under “Painter”, our Lead Painters are able to properly read job sheets, help train new employees, demonstrate a high craftsmanship skill level, and are able to step in for the Crew Leader in their absence.
